Honestly the loveliest little shop. The best collection of cards and a wonderful collection of some gifts. The staff are always so smiley and keen to help.

Charming shop packed with charming gifts, including jewellery, scented candles, scarves, desk toys, sweets and much more. Refined and charming service too. If you want an unusual and thought-through card for someone really special, this is a good place to come.

Nice shop to buy presents but the old lady is always so rude and with no manners at all.

Usually really like this shop. It has nice gifts but we went in to buy christmas presents today and the lady at the till was incredibly resentful to ‘gift wrap’ the scarf (i.e. put some tissue paper around it). She said it saves time and money when there was no one else in the queue and 3 people behind the desk. Nice gifts but unhelpful and not very friendly service.

Lovely gift shop. Great range of toiletries, knick knacks, candles, scarves, jewellery, sweets, kids toys, books, etc. I really appreciated the diversity of suppliers - lots of smaller independent artists and so on whose work is on sale here. You're probably paying slightly above the price for each thong but still less expensive than some other similar boutique style shops and worth it as they make the effort to present it all in one place and so nicely. I would visit here again and again for birthday gifts etc.

Do not buy jewellery from this shop. The earrings I bought from my wife caused her ears to bleed. When I returned them I was simply told it was hard luck and no refund or exchange would be given. There is no warning on the packaging or on the display. I will not be going again.

Very disappointed in general. Always use for my helium balloons needs for convenience mainly as they are close but quite expensive. They never blow the balloons up properly despite charging for it, they're meant to do it so there are no wrinkles but every time they don't blow them up fully, the balloons usually last the event though so still used them. My last purchase of 4 balloons however, one of the balloons (a large number to make up 40) started to deflate before id even gotten them out of the car and by the time i had put it at the event was half sagging towards the floor. I went back today, with images to show them and they were just quite belittling, kept saying "this lady is not happy cause her balloon went down slightly" "o yes i can see its gone down a little bit" was then told it was because it was cold outside even though i kept pointing out that the rest of them were fine and then almost laughed out of the shop because i hadn't brought it back with me. Really disappointing experience, will not be using again.
