We always look forward to stopping in at Impressions when visiting Saratoga. They have a great selection of local and racing related merchandise and souvenirs and the folks who work there are always pleasant and helpful, if needed. We didn't make it up there before Christmas this season, so ordered a few things online instead. I was quoted an amount on their website for shipping and it turned out the actual amount when they packaged it up was $10 or $12 less. Not many places actually refund you the difference when that happens, but Impressions did. Looking forward to visiting when we're back in town this summer.

The BEST gift shop EVER!!!! I was on a trip with my friends when we decided to stop by this shop because they had a pressed penny machine. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of their control, they did not have power in the building. As a result, they had set their shop up outside, but the penny machine was inside and people were not allowed in for their own safety. The LOVELY and most AMAZING worker wrote down my information and mailed me the pressed penny I was looking for. This was so thoughtful and truly going above and beyond! I can’t wait to revisit.

Overall, a great experience! I was searching for a last-minute Christmas gift and, given the short timeline, I called to ask about shipping options. Maddy (I believe) was incredibly courteous and went above & beyond by comparing all delivery options in real-time to ensure the gift arrived before Christmas. She even followed up with an email confirming it was personally handed to the delivery driver the same day of purchase. Highly recommend!

Never disappointed in any purchase I have made from Impressions. While in Saratoga it is my first stop to purchase tshirts; stemless wine glasses, Xmas ornament etc. living in Fla it is so easy to order online.

Impressions of Saratoga is a great venue for souvenirs, as well as, everyday wear, glassware, special honeys, beautiful art pieces as well, etc. Impressions is NOT the average "tee shirt stop". It is so much more than that. The quality of their merchandise is remarkable. Entering Impressions is like walking into a precious closet filled with everything uniquely Saratoga - pure Heaven!
We are so happy with our purchases from Impressions that we also bought items from their web site as well. The site is simple to navigate, great price point and reasonable shipping. Working with Maddy was seamless and a joy. She called to explain that she would place our two orders into one so that we don't have to pay a double shipping cost. She's amazing, very professional and a joy to work with. The entire team, including Marianne, are gracious, listen to your needs and try to help you find the perfect gift or specialty item. The shop is beautifully arranged with ample & varied product, great price point, exquisitely immaculate setting and superb staff demeanor. My husband, son and I went to Hattie‘s tonight for dinner, not long after they opened tonight. We had Kirsten as our waitress. She was incredibly nice and informed us of some delicious options. I personally was thinking of trying the crispy chicken sandwich, which I’ve never had before. She explained how delicious it was, which made me wanna get it even more. My son, who is three enjoyed talking with her, she was very sweet to him. He gave her a huge hug and a high five when we left. We love stopping by Hattie’s whenever we’re up in Saratoga Springs, especially my husband! Their food is simply incredible!

My husband and I recently shopped at Impressions in Saratoga. The shop is a delight! Maddie and Marianne are great to work with. The shop is beautifully decorated with so many gifts- clothing ( great quality), glasses, art work, novelty gifts and delicious honeys and so much more! It feels like you’re walking into a closet filled with precious gems to fill your home with cozy, unique Saratoga gifts!
