HUGE area. Tons of board games for sale at actually reasonable prices. Seriously, I found most of the games I checked to be in line or only slightly over Amazon prices, which is incredible for a local place like this. I would (and did) easily pay a couple bucks more for instant delivery than save a few bucks and wait for delivery from Amazon.

They have a ton of tables available to play games at, and everyone from the employees to the other guests were very polite and welcoming to our casual gaming group.

Snacks available for purchase up front were reasonably priced and they even have a list of places nearby to eat at and ones that deliver to the store.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I really hope they get a good group of supporters, because I want them to stay around. I'll be doing my part for sure!

My husband and I love Impact. We love the staff, the atmosphere and everything the shop has to offer. We are collectors and they always have great Pokemon product. My fiancée and I went there for the first time a couple minutes ago. The store itself is amazing there are SO many things for decent prices and it is overall a great atmosphere. The workers were ABSOLUTELY amazing!! They were so knowledgeable, helpful, and just the kindest people. Such a good experience we will definitely be back too many times.

Store was great. Amazing atmosphere and prices. Had an great time looking at what you had and opening mtg. One issue. One of the employees behind the card shelf seams to have an attitude problem. (Red shirt bald guy) Didn't catch your name. But it was mine and 3 of my friends first time and it was kinda soured by him having an attitude that people where talking. I will be back again. And I'll be telling all my friends to come.

Good play space, a VERY nice person at the front desk that even gave me and my friend a small tour. However, they do not seem to enjoy the Yu-Gi-Oh players as much as others because when I asked about single cards they were quite distained by my request. I will still be back because I enjoyed the play area and the staff were otherwise very nice and even when they marked the price wrong on a dueling mat, they honored the price that was on the box.

The shop is very well organized and the staff is friendly, but I’m convinced that they don’t know how to correctly price pokemon cards. They were charging near mint price for a vintage card that was heavily played at best. It had significant whitening, surface scratches, and a dent. I wouldn’t mention this if it was just one of the cards I looked at, but other cards were lightly/moderately played and still being priced at near mint. I’m sure there are good prices on other items in their shop, but be sure to price check everything on tcgplayer before purchasing here so that you don’t overpay for damaged cards!! All of the pokemon cards are kept in plastic display boxes with no penny sleeve protecting them. It’s aesthetically pleasing to look at, but irresponsible to do with cards that are hundreds of dollars. I did notice that the magic cards had penny sleeves though.

The selection here of pretty much anything gaming is amazing. Warhammer to DND to Pokémon, they just have it all. And I love that they didn’t mark up their Pokémon prices like so many other hobby shops do.
