That’s a fantastic small little café serving breakfast food as well as cookies and other cakes. We tried the chocolate chip cookie and the blueberry blueberry muffin. They’re both incredible. The coffee was great too. They also offer drive-through service. Definitely recommend!

Saw their billboard when stopping for lunch in Valdosta on Sat 24 Aug. We decided to grab coffee and desserts after lunch. The two ladies running the shop were fantastic! Great service, smiling faces, and worked well together, especially with how busy they were at the time. The caramel pecan cream cheese topped cinnamon roll was delicious and the SF Vanilla Iced Latte was perfect! Definitely worth stopping at!

my family and I were traveling from Illinois to Florida and stopped at one of your locations in Georgia and we loved it so much. I would love to see you expand to Illinois one day. I will spend the rest of my life wanting a hug in a mug now 🙂

I hate to leave such a poor review but this is the Worst coffee in Valdosta.
Service is just as bad. This is my 2nd time coming here and I just decided to give them one more try. I usually go to the other coffee shops. I ordered a Caramel Machiatto at the drive in. All I taste is the almond milk. I don’t taste coffee or caramel, just warmed almond milk. And I waited 10 minutes at the drive in window without even an acknowledgment. If busy, just walking to the window and acknowledge a customer could graciously extend the wait and gain a little more patience. Also we paid and had to wait another 10 mins. When I asked if the coffee was ready yet (after abt being at the window for 15 mins) I was told not yet, “and we have customer inside that ordered too”… really Never coming back.

Loved this little gem right off the highway, I wish it was close to us in Roswell. Stopped by on the way to FL. Nice, friendly staff, didn't rush us in the drive through. Very sweet to our dog and offered a pup cup, he rated 100000 out of 10. Coffee was delicious, very flavorful! Loved the German chocolate cake mocha 🤤 also very reasonable prices! We might make this a stop every time we go between FL and GA!

Okay so I’ve been going there for about a week or two, and I much prefer the hug in a mug on bemiss. Bemiss got my order much quicker and the coffee tasted better. HOWEVER, the food is amazing at both locations and the staff is SO SWEET on Norman, except for the curly haired white woman at the window. She’s always abrupt and rude and takes FOREVER to take my order. I’ll be sitting at the ordering area of the drive thru for 2-3 minutes in silence with no acknowledgement. Then she just takes my card at the window after she’s given me the food so then I feel forgotten at the window for minutes on end. The staff also seem very inexperienced. I’m very torn. Sadly, she’s always at the window so I don’t like to go through the drive thru anymore

We stopped at Hug in the Mug on our drive from northern Georgia to SW Florida. It is close to an exit from I-75. The folks at the counter were super friendly and accommodating. The cappuccino exceeded our expectations. The muffin was still hot — right out of the oven. This will be our go-to place on future trips.

Genuinely amiable greeting (“Good morning, ma’am,”) and two chatty baristas. Great price on my coffee with cream. They have a large variety of breakfast and sandwich options (chicken and waffles looked good) along with a few baked goods. The drink options included lots of legit coffee drinks hot, iced or frozen; fruit smoothies; and some unique beverages.

I remarked on how I liked the music (Elevation) and the barista at the register said he’d made the Apple playlist, all but 2 of the songs lol.

It’s a nice chill place to hang out if the weather’s nice. Tables are outside, about 8 of them, along with a clean bathroom. My husband sat in the sun checking his phone and didn’t want to leave. Great vibe here.
