A repeat customer. The service is excellent and the staff expertise on sizing for longevity versus comfort is very helpful. A big selection of shoes too for all ages! We'll be back for the next pair in a few months 👟

Great store. Good selection for both boys and girls. Consistently superior customer service. My son is hard to fit and they always measure and try to get the best fit for your kid. They are not inexpensive, but their expertise is worth the extra dollars if your kid is hard to fit. Wish they didn't get priced out of Stanford shopping center. Parking is a bit of an issue here. But it always has been.

I brought my two kids to the store, and the service was great. They were measured, and we found really nice shoes for them quickly. They both needed size 1, and luckily sizes "were" available. It was only after I got home I realized we were sold size 1.5 and 2 instead. I am very disappointed, and will return to the store for a refund. Also, I just found the same shoes online for 40% of the original price. I won't be shopping here anymore.

I just received shoes for my 3 year old and had the BEST customer service from Elsa! She responded to my emails in less than 10 min and was able to get the perfect pair of shoes for my son! And they even drove the shoes to OUR HOUSE! Couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait til my 5 month old can get his first pair of shoes from them! We will be their customers forever!

Great, knowledgeable service. I could go online too, but the service and advice here is worth it. Honestly, I don't why other reviewers think its ok to use someone's time without any intent to buy. I've been shopping here for awhile for my kids and I saw this happen once. It was really blatant and like some of the reviewers, this person was very indignant and actually had their kid fitted before making it clear they were going to purchase online unless that price was matched. I've been in some un-named department stores. I took forever to find someone to help me. They seemed to barely staff just for a cashier. Buy hey, nobody there to notice you're just going to buy online after they spend time helping you.
