Ordered Valentine's Day Flowers well in advance (over 3 weeks) yet the delivery was not made on time & the staff was unhelpful claiming they have no contact with the delivery drivers. Completely unprofessional business if they are unable to contact their drivers. Will not recommend and will not be using again.

The arrangement was exactly as pictured. It was easy to place the order online and the staff was very accommodating when I requested a change the day before delivery. The arrangement reminded us of our aunt's cheerful personality and was a beautiful addition to her celebration of life event.

Amanda & Diana made this class so much fun! They walked everyone step-by-step through creating our own tree centerpieces for the holidays. I even did a little last-minute shopping at their wonderful shop before class. If you haven't been to House of Flowers, you are missing out on a true gem in Downtown Bakersfield - and I highly recommend signing up for a workshop - I'll definitely be back for more!
