I would never shop here when in exchanging a outfit that I bought from there, I had spoken to the girl earlier before and told her that I really didn’t want to purchase it if I was not able to return it and get my money back, she told me that as long as I would take it, but she will work with me came today to the mall and God attend By a guy named Geo very rude person wouldn’t work with me. Told me he couldn’t do nothing. No refunds at all he could give me was that gift card I told him if I don’t buy anything from here what can I get? Can you work with me can you do something for me was so rude and just hand me a gift card and say good luck. I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome but can remember Geo without guest you don’t have a store he told me about the policy I said yes I did know, but I did tell your employee the assistant manager that if I did not like it was she able to give me my money back and she said yes, and just right now I see the policy but he was so rude. I would never shop here. I’d rather give my gift card to somebody in the store than ever comes here again and they all $141.

This place has absolutely everything that my usual Orland Park location does not and I love it. My first visit here, I got myself some lip balm, an air freshener, some socks, and a scrunchie. Mostly pride themed. There was a little bit of confusion on the associate’s part when she was helping me after I asked for a pair of socks, and it got to the point that I had to signal the colors for the socks I was asking about, because when she was pointing to the item I wanted, I said just right, and she pointed to something else, but I look back on that moment and laugh, partially because it was my own fault for not being entirely specific the first time. Might have to come back for some of the prayer candles someday.

For a store named hot rags there is a surprising lack of options in the clothing department. In the last 5 or so years I've gone I've had the most average experiences in the store and more often left baffled at how low quality the products and help seem to be. Have been lied to about products that the associate claimed to have a decent knowledge base of. Idk. Check it out but it's not the best store in the mall that's for sure.

Employees were awesome and very helpful. I bought a bee septum piercing today with my friend. They helped us find it and really were the sweetest. They were really chill people and I plan on coming back for more things in the future!!

Horrible experience EVER. My husband was buying two items and the so called “manager” was awfully RUDE. She was ringing someone up and we were waiting in line to pay and she reached over the lady and peaked her head saying “as manager I refuse to sell to you”. We didn’t say a word to her. Also never got the chance to show our ID’s. The guy that helped us out was very helpful he should have the position of a manager. Unlike the girl that had a horrible attitude. If she was having a bad day don’t ever take it out on your customers that is so ridiculous. I will never step in that store AGAIN until she’s fired because her being manager is so unprofessional.

Kind staff, except the manager Alex. Very rude & not helpful, waited for help for 10 minutes because she was talking to a customer... who must have been a friend due to her ignorance. She has a very "I'm better then you attitude" and makes it well known. The store also sells overpriced juniors & women's clothing, items that cost $25 can be ordered online for half the price, and convinience after taking a trip here. Try Rocky Mudds in Joliet if you're looking for a similar store.

I love this place and the employees. The ONLY thing to improve on is: professionalism. You should not be chatting someone up when someone else is ready to go. I dont mind you all chatting but its rude to make someone wait for you to continue a conversation with a friend.

Well all I can say is I love going to Hot Rags. Very nice clothes and other collectibles from the older days and new . I think the young adults would like it here and older. Theres guys and gals clothes. Check it out you may like it .
