Fantastic experience with this florist! I had to make a last-minute change just two days before delivery due to an issue, and despite being extremely busy, they worked hard to accommodate me. They got the arrangement to my mom that same morning, and it was absolutely beautiful! I’m so grateful for their quick response and attention to detail. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing a florist that truly goes the extra mile!!!!

I was very disappointed in my order. I thought I was getting a plant and what I got was 3 flowers with some green leaves. It was delivered across the street from the shop and cost me $85.00. Will not use again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called from out of state requesting a gift basket be sent to some friends of ours staying in Hope for a funeral. The owner and his daughter could not have been more friendly and helpful... they knew exactly what I needed and delivered the basket same day! Excellent customer service and they put together a beautiful basket that our friends loved.

Hope Floral is AMAZING. Susan took great care of me. I didn't even know the address where I was sending flowers to, she looked it up for me! The arrangement was gorgeous! Price was low for how great it looks. I have never had better customer service. They made me feel like family...5 stars is not enough!!!

Called to ask for prices based on what shows online. Guy that answered tried telling me prices starts at $75, when online it says 64.99 or even $50 for standard summer designer. He’s rude over the phone. Was going to send my mom flowers from CA, definitely not with that kind of service lol. Update your website thxs.

My husband brought me a Valentine's flower arrangement from this shop...it had the same flowers from our wedding (red roses and white calla lilies) in a gorgeous red vase. The flowers were the freshest and most beautiful I've ever received (and I'm a perfectionist!) and you could tell the arrangement was put together with skill, care, and love. This shop is the absolute best for flowers and gifts - you will not be disappointed. I am so thankful. It is absolutely gorgeous and I smile each time I look at it. Thank you and God bless you! 🙂
