Placed my order to receive in time for Christmas per their website. Supposedly shipped 12/16/24 however UPS did not receive it till 12/20/24 now scheduled for delivery 12/28/24. Definitely will not be here by Christmas. Will not be ordering from them again.

Warning. Broken items shipped. No customer service. Shop somewhere else! This place has the worst customer service ever. First they send me a broken item. Have me fill out an online form REPEATEDLY with photos and order numbers explaining the problem. After weeks of no response I just order another toy (my poor kiddos was devastated on Christmas when his gift was broken in the box). The second one arrives and…. It is the wrong item. This item was online for much less than the item I paid for… and when I call- no answer. I’m contacting my CC company and despising the charge. Shop somewhere else.

This place is amazing!! My daughter loves playing with all 4 of her motion sense helicopters. We will definitely be looking for more super fun toys for her to play with!

Ordered the RC Firetruck with working water hose. My son opened it up on Christmas and it was broken. Contacted the company. Took over 10 days for a response. Offered me a replacement since it was opened, was happy to take replacement. Wasn't happy I was going to have to pay for shipping to return item. Canceled return and bought my son a firetruck from a different company. Gave 2 stars because the RC Swat car that came with the bundle came and is working. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on customer service alone.

Ordered R/C Helicopter which came without charger making it useless. Disappointed child on Christmas. They don't answer phones or return emails after numerous attempts. Paid with PayPal so will have to get them involved. After 10 days, got back to me to make right and are sending out new charger

I need help with in order that they sent to Georgia when I am in New York. I have emailed them 7 times no response and I have called and a recording comes on I have left several messages and no one calls back !!!
