They got a little bit of everything from RC to scale models and the staff answered all the questions I had... I would gladly swing by again if I'm in the area

The staff, even though I showed up at the store ten minutes before closing and there was not another soul in the place, were patient, courteous and thoroughly answered all of my questions completely and professionally demonstrating their expertise and product knowledge. I had called ahead for the item I wanted and they had it waitimg, they let me browse anyways. They could have just as easily said "we're closed" but they didn't. They have prices that are competitive with online as well and I drive the extra couple of miles to go to this store. Thank you.

Very helpful. I actually went to look for some prototyping materials and they were very helpful in providing guidance on different possible joints and connectors. I found them to be very informed about remote control cars, airplanes and helicopters. My main issue is that I did not realize what the focus of HobbyTown was, which is remote control vehicles.

The staff, service, and selection here are great. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, attentive when needed and answer questions fully and well. If I had a top five best stores in Concord list, Hobby Town works be one or two on it.

Pretty good inventory and the employees near the rear are really informed on the RC products (huge amount of insight, helped build my truck). I've only started to visit this place but it's already becoming a pit-stop whenever I'm in the area... Front end isn't as friendly as the folks in the back but whatev's, I'll crack thru their shells later.

HobbyTown staff nailed it! I had no clue what I wanted when I walked in. They listened to what I was looking for and sold me the PERFECT RC for my husband's birthday (which he opened early because I was too excited to wait). I'm positive that we will be back to feed this new addiction!

They do not cover manufacturer defects, don't buy here. The owner is not being honest in their comment, I purchased a train here as a gift to my husband after my father in law passed away. The train was around 300, the train never worked, I took it in and they said there was nothing they could do and I had to take it somewhere else. Needless to say, I have a 300 dollar train that does not run. I would have come back year after year however they wouldn't help me. They could have given me a new one and returned the old one to the company they purchased it from. Don't buy from this place, waste of time and money, buy from Amazon, you'll be able to return it.
