Wow. The staff here are nothing short of amazing. My son was gifted an older model, beginner RC plane and it didn't have a charger. Not only were they extremely helpful in finding a charger, but they took apart and modified a charger to retro-fit our battery. Calling this excellent customer service would be a short sell. It's very obvious that this staff cares about what they do and they are excited to help even the most novice person get excited about a hobby. Thank you, thank you. We will definitely be back.

I stopped in a week ago, for the first time, with my son to look for an entry level RC car for him. When we stepped in the door, the two associates behind the counter just stared at us for a couple of seconds- no greeting or anything. We walked around the store and browsed for a while before we found the RC cars. Neither of the two associates ever got up and asked if we needed any help, or said anything to us at all. We just kept getting awkward stares... Very uncomfortable shopping experience.
I called tonight, after destroying a battery, to see if they might have a suitable replacement. I called a couple of minutes before closing time, because I needed to find out if they even had my battery, or if I should just order online and wait it out. No one answered the phone. I guess I'll have to order online and wait it out. Oh well, I guess I can forget about this place. I won't be spending money here anytime soon.

Have been here many times...bought multiple RTF model planes (and a hefty amount of replacement and upgrade parts) and every time I've been there, the staff has been helpful and friendly. I also found their prices either on par with or cheaper than online...but never more within my experience. I also remember the racetrack when I was younger, although I haven't had the chance to watch or race recently. 10/10 would recommend as a local hobby place over anything else I've found in town.

For how big the store is they are pretty understocked. Very low on kits along with chargers, batteries, and transmitter.s Everyone who works there is friendly and they're finally putting in an asphalt track and bringing F1 back to Tucson! Off-road carpet track turned out nice they just need to put some money into the shop next especially inventory.

I admittedly don't have a lot of knowledge or experience with RC vehicles, however when my son started talking about buying another cheapy one off of the toy shelf I decided it was worth investigating for Christmas. After doing some research online I stopped by HobbyTown and they seemed very knowledgeable and weren't trying to upsell me but rather focused on giving me facts about options so I could make an informed decision. Great service, much appreciated!

Best Store in town for any R/C need, probably the only actual one that offers race quality. Been coming here for a while and the staff always is helpful and nice, and they don't suggest the high priced name brand items either which is a plus for some on more budget wise plans. I want to check their prices on RTR cars so we'll see soon! 🙂

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, the guys are great everyone of them! Every time I go in there they go out of there way to help me out. I fly Planes and race cars and have never not found a part for my plane or Losi I was looking for. Thanks Guys you are great!!! The Track is Awesome!!!!
