Great overall experience! I had an issue with my initial purchase and after not receiving any help from the manufacturer HobbyTown returned my item. They even tried to assist in troubleshooting with my issue. When it was determined that I had purchased a faulty product they immediately gave me a refund and I purchased a new item in the store. The sales associates were so friendly and helpful. They have a large inventory of not only RC cars, trucks, boats, and planes. They also have tons of accessories! I am just getting back in to the hobby and will be visiting this store exclusively for all of my RC purchases.

Enjoyed shopping there, and the advice given to me. Been over 60 years since building a kit, and have enjoyed it as much as when I was young. Attended a model show you held. That was quite enjoyable, but you are in need of a larger place to hold such show. I am surprised to see the many who do build models, and know this hobby can increase. Just look at all who build LEgos.
Thanks again for the attention and the help. Nice to have someone local and not "on line".

I was on vacation and had issues with my kraton. I called them as they were the closest to me and they walked me through the problem and got it fixed. Very helpful and kind people. Would definitely shop at this store.

My husband loves this place. I have only been in there once and it's nice inside but not my kind of Hobbies. I stays in the car and always end up calling him to come on after he has spent at least an hour in the store. Sometimes I go window looking at other stores along the strip and he loves that, because it gives him more time in the store(?). Overall it's has what the average Hobbies wants and loves.

When I walked in it was like part of heaven opened up and I became a kid in a candy store. The employees are so knowledgeable and they try there hardest to make u happy with ur purchases.

Great place with very knowledgeable staff. Ed knows all about paints. Everyone is very helpful and they had modeling supplies I didn’t even know existed.

My favorite place to shop locally for gunpla and warhammer kits as well as paints and other mats!!! Doug is the best.
