I bought a couple RTR cars online. They beat the price of everyone else by 20% plus free shipping! On top of that, the cars came in 2 days after the order. Great experience all around.

Was in Kalamazoo for the day and found this place. They had all the Tamiya paint colors I needed! They have a good selection of plastic model airplane kits, however, not a single space model. I asked why , the guy I talked too claims they used too but no longer because they don’t sell. They have plenty of empty shelf space to stock them. If you’re going to be a full service hobby retailer than you need to stock the popular and still available model kits. You can’t tell me that ever other product you have is a top seller and worthy of stocking. Overall this is a good hobby store, wish we had one in South Bend.

Walter screamed at me because I didn’t have the package for the wrong part WALTER sold me. Absolutely ridiculous I didn’t even raise my voice, the manger came over and made the transaction happen. I understand policies but to be treated that way was ridiculous.

Awesome place with a Huge inventory however you better call before going there. The posted hours don't mean that employees will be there! 2 times and not open.

Newest input on my opinion. Been here three times in a row within two weeks trying to spend well over $1,000 and can't seem to get any employee to pay attention long enough or even help me with anything. Stop at your own risk I'm completely done with this joke of a place

Absolutely love this place!! Prices are extremely fair and an amazing staff. I was in the market to add another RC to the collection but had no idea what I was wanting and the staff walked me through a ton of options landing on an Air 2S as well as some new batteries, charger, TX, and some other goodies!! 10/10 highly recommend!!
