Pretty bummed out with my recent experience here. Was sold an incorrect and expensive battery that I have zero use for and cannot exchange it because I don’t have a box for it. It’s in perfect condition. I probably won’t be coming back as their selection of key items seems to be dwindling over the last few years as well. It’s a shame because I used to absolutely love this store and have been coming here since the early 2000s.

Inventory is real picked over like they're getting ready to go out of business. If your hobby is something other than models, trains, RC cars, or RC planes you're in the wrong store. That said, staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Bought a trx4 that was in stock and ordered a scx10. Waiting a week just to find out the order wasn’t even put in and they wouldn’t attempt to rush the order after that. Was able to just order the truck off horizon and was able to get it before my trip.

This place is great to buy and just get a feeling of what you would want and how much you need to save and/or budget for. Great variety of rc cars. Not very many boats helicopters or planes. In all I think it is a great place to go.

A bit pricey, but if you're into plastic models, and enjoy the old school brick and mortar experience, this is the place. They have RCs too. Just a cool little place.
