Great little hardware store that seems to have absolutely everything that you'll ever need to do just about anything around the house or office. Awesome staff that is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products as well as fixes to the problems that folks come in there with. Check em out!!

I see a lot of holes in the review written by Mr. Alias (cleverly disguising his real name), a review which begs a question: He, in an ironic twist, was having his girlfriend's key copied when he didn't have an extra copy of his own house key? I keep one at a neighbor's house just in case. At any rate, I have done business with Hiegel since they were located at the corner of Harkrider and Oak. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable, service is prompt, and if I can't find something at Lowe's, they have it. In fact, while I was having copies keys copied today (no problems), they located a bulb for my refrigerator that was not in stock at the big box store.
