What a disappointing experience! This was our third visit to the shop, and we encountered the same issue again. The woman working there (who doesn’t seem to be the owner) displayed an unwelcoming and blatantly racist attitude, constantly staring at us in a negative and uncomfortable manner. Although we found some items we liked, the worker’s behavior completely ruined the shopping experience. No thanks—keep your merchandise.

We highly recommend visiting other shops in Chinatown that offer much better customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Avoid this place at all costs—don’t waste your time here!

Owner will overcharge you and hope you don’t notice. I bought a Chinese bowl that was labeled $16.99. He took the price tag off then charged $19.99 plus tax/fees. I mentioned it was $16.99, so he input it again but it still showed as $19. I had him print a receipt just so I could confirm it. The money doesn’t matter. The dishonesty does.
