The clothes in here are amazing! So many cute outfits, dresses and accessories!! I could’ve spent more time and money here but we were just passing through.

They have very soft and adorable outfits. They also sell Jellycat stuffed animals (the softest lovies)!

I did have trouble finding the outfits I liked in my daughter’s size, but I think they had just sold out on those specific sizes and outfits.

The woman working there was also very sweet and helpful.

We were just in the store looking for a bunny to buy our son. My wife was picking bunnies up off of the shelf to judge their softness and find the one she liked.

It was then that a male employee with a shaved head and glasses on said, "make sure you put them back the way you found them, let's see if you can do it".

My wife then rebuked him because we were stunned someone would speak to customers like this.

He claimed he was joking but it was obvious it was a passive aggressive remark.

all I can figure is that this is the owner of the establishment because I can't see an employee treating potential customers this way.

And sir, I am sure you will read this. Your remark was blatantly passive aggressive, and maybe it's best in the future you don't try to joke around with customers.

And if you are the owner of the store reading this, I hope you have cameras and audio because I am sure you will get a different story from that gentleman.

I came in here the other day just to look at this adorable store and they had Jellycats!
They had an amazing selection and the nice man who was working (i didn’t get his name but i wish i did) was very knowledgeable about the Jellycats and even told me which ones were more rare!
The best part is that the prices were not jacked up at all like some other stores in the area.
I will definitely come again.

We have been here three times in the last three weeks. My daughter loves Maileg mice and Haven has a stunning collection. So adorable and the staff are so helpful and patient as my daughter asks to look through the options to build on her collection. It’s the perfect shop for a special gift. This is our first time in Carmel and we will come back in part for unique and lovely stores like Haven. It’s a gem. I’m comfortable with the return policy because of the care made to ensure the quality of their products.

Sweetest boutique! I was captured by the Maileg mice toy displays in the window as I am a collector. The owner was so kind to chat with me about all the little pieces and the new Christmas items. I’m delighted to have found such cute Christmas Maileg miniatures to add to my mouse house. This was one of my favorite boutique boutiques in Carmel and the owner was so friendly!
