I had the worst customer service at this place. Lets start from the pick-up day. I arrived to pick up my trophy as I was leaving one of the columns from the troop was spinning around. I turned around and showed the young lady who was working and she took it to the back and fixed it with an apology. I put the trophy in my car and drove away, by the time I go to my location to take the trophy out of my car the top of the column fell off and a different column came off of the trophy. I phoned the store and she asked me to bring it back I explained to her I was 45 minutes away and I couldn't come back but I would be there first thing in the morning and asked if I could be compensated for having to return when the trophy came apart twice in less then an hour. She explained to me that she would tell her boss because she herself couldn't make that decision. I arrived the today which was the next day and he came from the back and started with saying you took it out the store and its broke how I don't know if you did something. I said sir is was loose before I walked out before I could finish my sentence he cut me off to use profanity with me, I asked him not to curse at me because I was not speaking to him that way. He told me "Don't act like you haven't cursed at anyone before". I said if anyone should be upset it should be me I had to come out of my way for you to fixe something that wasn't properly installed. He of course cut me off again I asked him could he replace the bottom and top of the trophy because it had scratches on it. He told me it was scratched because of me I said yeah the trophy fell apart and hit the ground that is not on me. He stormed in the back and when he came back out he continued being aggressive saying "He knows my type" I said you don't know anything about me he then called me stupid. I have never been so insulted in my life he kept trying to get a rise out of me repeating his comment about how "he knows my type". I don't know what type I could have been he also gave me the name of another trophy shop I said sir I won't be coming back here you don't need to refer me and if I need another trophy in the future I would use Moody Air Force Base. He then stated how I wouldn't get it back for 2 weeks and than went into a drawer and threw 2 single one dollar bills on the counter and said here's some money for gas and laughed. I stated to him two dollars wouldn't do anything for my tank because I drove a Mercedes. This man was so disrespectful and aggressive all because he sold me a faulty product. I would NEVER recommend anyone to conduct business with that miserable man. Im not sure if he was upset he had no teeth in his mouth and it was hard to understand him pronunciate his words due to him having no teeth or he had issues with women overall. Either way if anyone is reading this review please go to another place to offer your business this one is not it and customer service is not on their menu. I give this business NO STARS the only reason you are seeing 1 star is due to behaving to click on a star to upload my review otherwise they don't rate.

If you have allergies, beware. This place constantly smells like cigarette smoke. I went there on 3 separate occasions and I smelled cigarettes in there every single time. The young lady who works there (she's the only female there) was pretty nice. Mark made me feel like I was speaking to him in French when I was describing what I needed done. Very frustrating. Especially, with other customers standing right beside you, staring you in the mouth while you're trying to explain to the employee what you need. So, there's zero privacy to talk about your gifts, prints, messages, etc.. I just gave up on Harmons and found a website that does EXACTLY what we needed. The process was much quicker and easier online.

I placed an order for engraved plates February 9, 2022 and was told they would be ready to be picked up in a week. Each week that I call, they are still not ready. I called today, 3/2 after being told they would be available to pick up, and was told it would be next week and if I didn't like the way they business to go somewhere else. You bet I am!

The picture on my shirts was good. Its just when I picked them up they didn't have all my shirts nor the right sizes. We called and nobody tried to help solve the problem. Ending I payed more than I was told the cost would be.
