Kindness still does exist in the world. There was a slight misunderstanding on my order and the clerk (owner?) quickly realizing what I had wanted was apologetic and willingly corrected my order (which he didn't have to do) Thank you for making myself, the customer, feel appreciated and valued.

But with that said the hot pastrami sandwich ( could be enough for 2 meals) and a cheeseburger I ordered were delicious! Will definitely return to try the other items!

Gave me east coast vibes deli feel but the items they stocked are quite unique probably to cater to the base nearby.

Hamburger was really good, fresh meat, nice bread, I loved the fresh vegetables, and it was prepared fast. The lady is very friendly, they have other products and liquor store. Good place for a quick bite in the area, I recommend 🙂

Been living in Oxnard almost 20 years and had no clue this place had a deli and serves made to order for food. Cheese Burger and Hot Pastrami were incredible!!!!

I found this place on door dash and was excited to try a new place. The menu looked good and reviews seemed good, so I gave it a shot. It was a bit of a let down. The mushroom burger was a good size, a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. It was nothing special though. The flavors fell flat. There was a lot going on in that burger, but no flavors really poped out. Aside from that, my bun was pretty burnt. I tried the macaroni salad and didn't care for that. Its a bit more tangy than I like, too much mustard. I also ordered the hummus. It arrived without the pita bread, and it's flavors were not that great. Definitely will not be ordering delivery from them again (costs way too much for food that is just...okay.). If I'm in the area and want a bite, i might give them another shot & try one of their sandwiches. But thats a big maybe. I was just not impressed by any of it.

I just love Nima, Azin, and the rest or the staff here. They have a well stocked store, and a hidden gem in a Deli. I recommend the Hot Pastrami Sandwich on Pita Bread. Super delicious!

Tons of variety here, from snacks and drinks, to a full fledged deli with incredible sandwiches. Or if you need any beach apparel, they’ve got it too!
I lived nearby and stopped in pretty frequently. Will make a point to come by again in the future!
