I WAS SHOCKED AT THE OUTCOME!!! I LOVE IT!! I COULDN'T HAVE IMAGINED IT ANY BETTER!!
I got my mom personal made chop sticks with engravings!! I thought I ordered one set.. BUT I GOT 3!! I will definitely return to this website!!
But, it did take FOREVER to receive. It said 7 to 10 business days, and it took a month.
But very much worth the wait although it wasn't even here for her birthday. She cried when I gave them to her!!

Paid for rush shipping because I wasn't sure how long it was gonna take to ship; It arrived quickly and I was blown away because I never got notified that it had shipped. Made it here with plenty of time before my mom's birthday (3 days) and it is gorgeous! The font I picked for the message on the front is beautifully done and the placement is superb. It even came in a plain white box so I have something to wrap it in! Definitely recommend.

Placed an order three weeks ago and have not been able to get any tracking information. Called 7 days after ordering and spoke to a customer rep who said the tracking information should be out that afternoon. It's been 15 days since then and still no tracking. I've sent emails and called the toll free number multiple times but no response at all. If ordering for a wedding gift or something you need within a month, I'd think twice.
Update: Strange that shortly after I posted this review I got shipping confirmation. Maybe that's the secret to getting your order in a timely fashion.
Update: Well...they created a shipping label 24 hours ago to evidently make me think the order was on the way. Here's what I see when I try to track. Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. No reply to my emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service.

Ordered custom chopsticks for my daughter about a week before Christmas for a personalized gift. Paid for expedited shipping but my order was too late for it to come in time. A week after Christmas I still did not receive it. When I reached out to them, I did have trouble reaching them initially, but when I was able to talk to someone they were very accommodating. They said they were very busy and the item I ordered was about to be shipped and would refund the expedited shipping.
Overall I was pleased with the custom chopsticks and the refund on the shipping. If you are looking for a nice custom gift, I would recommend this company. Just order far enough ahead if you suspect it might be a busy time.

I ordered a personalized rhinestone shirt more than 1 year ago. The shirt fits perfectly for me . It held its shape and didn't shrink after many washes. The light blue color didn't fade. The rhinestones stayed on after many cycles in the dryer. Great quality and order was processed promptly.

We ended up ordering two wine boxes for some weddings we were attending. The ordering was very easy. The customer service department was so helpful offering creative ideas to help with the customization. There was a small hiccup with the second one we ordered that the customer service department went above and beyond to fix and compensate us for. We will order these again because they are a elegant gift that people seem to enjoy.

We've been using Hanson Ellis for over 8 years now, there simply isn't a better place to get invitations or party decorations anywhere else online. The customer service is fantastic and always understanding when I good my order, and shipping is super fast. Highly recommend!
