Buyer beware! If you place an order for furniture here and decide to cancel the order right after having placed it, you are only able to get 50% refunded! This is something that is in fine print that they do not tell you. How ridiculous! That is not customer service. They also did not give us a discount on a piece of furniture that we were promised because they had the “wrong price” on the floor price for that item. We will not be recommending or buying anymore furniture here.

I won the Hanks $1000 giveaway! I was able to find an entire kitchen table set in the Conway store. Jeff met us at the door, and was so help. He told us to take a look, which we appreciated being able to walk freely around and browse. He was quick to answer my questions, and made sure that I had exactly what I wanted by making great recommendations! He was great!

We needed to upgrade our living room couches and couldn’t have picked a better spot for our upgrade. From the moment we got to Hanks, everyone made us feel at home. Our sales associate, Jane, was more than kind and patient with us and very knowledgeable. We spent 6+ hours in the store, left for lunch, and came back to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision and were very pleased with the delivery process. 10/10 experience at Hanks! We are in LOVE with our new Brentwood couches. Comfortable is an understatement.

Bought a furniture set Oct 13, 2024. Received furniture on schedule, but a sofa had a broken frame upon arrival and our chair and a half had an unsewn section on the seat cushion. New sofa was sent to replace the broken one November 12, 2024. We still have no resolution on our chair and half unsewn cushion cover issue, we have been told it has been ordered for well over a month, still no cushion. My husband has made numerous phone calls, made numerous trips to Hank’s in Conway on his lunch breaks, and has spoken to multiple people including the manager. 3 months nearly since we ordered our furniture, no cover replacement still. All about the sale, not about service after the sale. Quite disappointing when we have had stellar service with prior furniture purchases in the last few years.
