Fast, efficient, clear and kind communication every step of the way. Issue was fully fixed in less than 24 hours (they needed to special order a part for me; once the part arrived, it only took a couple of hours). Would recommend and will go here next time I need a repair.

My PC was having issues and decided to come in to get diagnostics. At first my CPU got replaced but I got home and my PC was still not working. I brought my PC back in and Mo quickly got back to me apologizing for the issue and found that my CPU, ram, and motherboard were damaged. He recommended an upgrade on my setup and couldn’t be any happier. My PC looks amazing and Mo was communicative the whole way. I’ll definitely be back for any tech related issues I have. The people at Hall of Tech are awesome!!!

The whole service experience is excellent, and it takes only ~30 minutes to repair my pixel 3a screen! We come and pay the deposit on Saturday, and get my phone fixed on Wednesday (the parts actually arrive Tuesday, just I have another appointment).
