Parking on the street is free. Handicap parking and access are available. This is a wonderful place to shop. The owner Kurt was great, very friendly, helpful and made our shopping pleasant. There was no pressure sale. You can your time to shop. There are a variety of gifts and souveniers. We purchased Solvang hoodie, Solvang cap and Solvang magnet windmill. Kurt said he has the lowest prices. He was right we compared prices at other shops and went back to his shop to buy the Solvang mug. He accepts credit cards. We will definitely return here on our next visit.

We wanted to give zero or 1 star, but the variety and souvenir options are pretty great and priced decently.
The first time we went in we were looking at an aebleskiver trivet. The man started saying how I couldn't make them correctly because I'm 'from here'. He never greeted us, never asked if we were visiting from out of town, or anything. So he really didn't know where we were from.
Then he had the audacity to continue and compare aebleskivers to McDonalds pancakes.
I'm sorry, but you work in a DANISH TOURIST town. You probably shouldn't be talking trash about the culture OR insulting customers cooking.
We didn't want to go back again, but we wanted some t-shirts. The second time we went in there were other customers, but it felt like he was watching my kid's every move, and my son was right with me and wasn't wild by any means. Everytime I looked over he was looking right at us. My son took 1 shirt off the rack, and helped me pick a few other shirts, but touched nothing else. It was really uncomfortable.

The employee here working the afternoon of 6/12/24 was very rude as he asked us to get out of the store because he was closing. I was willing to buy some clothing as the prices weren't that bad, but no thank you I'll take my business elsewhere. The manager here should definitely hire employees that know how to treat customers.

The person working on shift was extremely rude and unwelcoming to us, especially to my daughter. My kid was not being disruptive, looked over to smile at the worker, and in turn he gave her dirty looks. We were going to buy a few shirts and hats, but after he made rude comments and gestures, we decided not to support this store and left. Terrible service, does not greet people, stands there and watches YouTube viedos, and not family-friendly.

Store has a cool selection of shirts, however I almost did not purchase from here due to the customer service. The employee working (was wearing a Michoacán hat) was extremely rude. He was talking to himself saying that he did not know why we were touching things when we were looking at the t shirts trying to decide what size to wear. He repeatedly said the f word. He came up to us and told us that if we took out a shirt from the display to give it back to him so that he could fold it. He told us this like 4 times and hovered over us the whole time we were there. Then he proceeded to aggressively throw the shirts behind the counter and say the F word when he walked away from us. We were not making a mess for him to act this way. He made us feel unwelcome and unsafe.

Owner or employee was beyond rude, and tried to start a fight with my family and I over shirts we were purchasing. He was blaming us for moving around the shirt sizes and pushed us out of his way. Then when trying to check out he blew us off and tried to argue with us again. Beyond extremely rude and the behavior was uncalled for. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The worker who attended was very rude and was cussing at us for no apparent reason would never recommend this shop to anyone. Along with the shirt prices being sort of high would never. I would rate this 0 stars out of 5 if I could. Very dissatisfied and angry on how we were treated
