Customer service is subpar at best. Ordered something on Nov 25, still has not shipped. They keep mentioned there is a delay with the trucks. However the item im waiting in is currently in stock on their website. When asked customer service they mentioned she only does this and manages the warehouse.... I'd honestly just buy something on Amazon. They told me by January maybe...

I ordered 3.0 sport hand warmer on December 11 as of January 3 no delivery. Customer service replied “we have fulfilled our part of the transaction then I contacted the usps. Below is their reply:

The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse.

I used the pouch last Friday to play golf in a Black Friday event at my club in Chicago. It was 27 degrees when we teed off. Difficult to get a tee in the frozen ground but, my hands were never cold. Awesome product.

Been using hand warmer since February for neuropathy and arthritis problems. Helped immensely and then the charger died. Took a lot of searching to figure out how to obtain replacement. Finally found out how to order replacement and found that shipping cost was more than product! Have a question on product, does it have a warranty and how long? I had to down rate because of charger failure.
