This was my third time attempting to use this shop for magic and warhammer purchases. Magic was out of stock besides a set from the beginning of the year and even the warhammer selection was somewhat tragic. Even with that being said I would have still bought models for my army but the customer service is non existent. One employee couldn't answer anything that wasn't yes or no while keeping his child under control while the other couldn't look away from his magic game for more than 10 seconds, and when he did it was not friendly or professional in any manner. If the customer service was even a 3 star I would've spent a good sum on warhammer.
Don't waste you're time.
Drive the extra half hour to go to mythic in Monterey or SC(where I'm currently going)or game vault in Watsonville unless poor service is something you like.

Great place to play anything from Pokemon to Warhammer 40k. First time I have been here and will definitely be going back again. It's nice to see a game store in Salinas again.

The atmosphere is friendly, they have plenty of table space for tabletop of any kind that I play. They can order stuff for you if it's available to them. People are willing to teach games to those who are new and they hold events for multiple card games. Access to plenty of food choices nearby. Love this place!

Went in to buy some bulk pokemon cards with my daughter. Price per card is very fair and the staff were patient, helpful, and checked in with us to see how we were doing as we worked through their stock. We were able to get a ton of cards to add to our decks. We will be back!

For context I have never walked into the store. THIS STORE ROCKS! with the recent launch of Lorcana it has been terrible trying to find a store that genuinely feels like it wants to FOSTER a community rather than sell to a community. I had a friend of mine purchase some starter decks for me and they have continued to send me updates about their pricing for products and their intentions going forward and it is nothing short of tremendous. This is an LGS that is worth your time and money. Keep rocking on

Great store, great atmosphere. Growing selection of Warhammer and can get things easily ordered if they don't have any in stock. Highly recommend. Really nice to have a local game store again.

Love the community here. Great Magic. Warhammer, and Digimon community here, amongst many other interests and hobbies with the wide range of clientele this shop has attracted. There is also an active Discord to keep up with the latest news and events. Lots of tournaments and play nights. The owner and the rest of the staff is really cool and I highly recommend checking this shop out if you're looking for like-minded people to hang out and trade with!
