I have been in this store 4 times over the past 6 months and not one time has anyone ever spoken to me. Not a hello, may i help you, or good bye. I am not the only person who has commented on how rude these employees/owners are. I’m surprised that anyone would want to do business there. I work in retail in Fairhope and would never let someone walk in or out without being polite and speaking.

Green Gates Market is filled with beautiful quality pieces at reasonable prices. You will find traditional and whimsical items - ranging from large dining room tables and consoles down to embroidered tea towels and unique napkin rings. The staff here was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. The owner Renee clearly has a keen eye and you can tell that everything here has been selected with care. This place is an absolute “must-see “ if you are in the market for home goods or furnishings.
