I sent in a radiomaster T16s I never really understood fully. Worked great on planes, never could get it bound to a moblite 6 I bought. I hired Grayson Hobby to fix the issue and send me notes on how to bind etc. 1) what I got back was a perfectly working radio all updated, and a drone immediately working o never could fly before. I was so happy ( and at 55years old it takes me a lot to be happy). I found Grayson Hobby to be very reasonably priced, knowledgeable, a type of hobby shop I wish I could find in Michigan. I have committed to buying my next drone from Grayson Hobby. Service like the good ole days

I wish these guys had a shop out here in Ohio. I was researching Radiomaster transmitters and these guys popped up as a dealer and a repair facility for them. I had some question as I was wanting to venture over to possibly purchasing a radiomaster tx16s to fly my planes with as an upgrade from the basic RTF transmitters that Spektrum includes in the RTF kits from hobbyzone and etc. Will was very informative and willing to explain to me the options and some general information about the brand and how the systems work vs Spektrum transmitters. I will defiantly be ordering from these guys all the way from Ohio when i make my decision if it will be a radiomaster. Glade to see there is still shops out there that thrive on customer experience and clearly show the passion for the hobby as in my area the shops really lack customer experience and support and the passion it seems like it has faded. Thanks guys!!!!!
