Pre paid for items; and without an explanation, they canceled the items. no apology or email explaining why. I pre-ordered new Tarkir precons- which on their site said, 4 available, bought one, their stock inventory counted it, then on the day it comes in, they refund my order without explanation. Prob realized the precons are going for more now and up the price instead of giving people what they paid for as a pre-order.

I arrived and was met with excellent customer service. I was looking for MTG singles and was able to utilize their kiosk to create my order which was pulled in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this shop

I love this store. It's a true shame it's not larger. They really need a bigger selection but simply don't have the room. But they have no problem special ordering whatever you want.

Normally I have a nice exp.
But I called and started talking and immediately the person on the other end started saying hello? Hello? As if they couldn’t hear me .

Which that’s fine.

But then hangs up.

I go to call back and this person does not answer the phone.

I normally like buying secondhand games and calling to see if this Mom and Pop shop has what I am looking for first.

But I suppose I’ll have to take my business see where.

I will be back, hope to have a better exp when calling !!!

Cozy space with a great selection of sealed Magic: the Gathering products, new and older board games, and used video games. The staff is knowledgeable and there was a fun looking Commander tournament going on when I was browsing. Seems like a great place to game!

Stopped in briefly after work on 9/15 to find a birthday gift fit for a Dungeon Master who has MOSTLY everything. Staff was welcoming and able to answer my questions as they directed me to a number of options. They have an eclectic selection of D&D miniatures + a huge offering of MTG cards, which I couldn't pass up for myself (every third MTG booster was discounted.)
Also loved to see that this place hosts community gaming events for both MTG and D&D. I will definitely be back.
