This place is unusual. It is well decorated, and the atmosphere is great, but a jacket will be on sale for $4,000 or more. I liked walking around, but don't understand the prices.

Anna and Erika took amazing care of us when the marker bindings I had bought online for my son weren’t the correct ones for him. They got us set up with the correct bindings and went way beyond what we deserved. Great team culture here at Gorsuch Beaver Creek and the staff is top notch. If I could give 10 stars I would! Terrible experience here with the ski shop. I was having an issue on the mountain with a loose ski binding and brought them to this shop after an instructor suggestion. When I brought them in, the "lead" ski tech took a look at my skis and said the bindings were broken beyond repair. He then proceeded to parade the skis around to the younger ski techs and complain about how bad Black Crows are.

His suggested solution was to throw out the bindings and buy a ($350) replacement set and demo ($70) for the day. I told him I had only planned to ski a few more hours so would go to a shop closer to home. He suggested to not even have the next shop look at the bindings just throw them out. This sounded pretty fishy, and after taking them to another shop, they made a quick adjustment to fix the binding. I've had no issues skiing 10 days since then, so I would not trust this shop with honest or accurate service.

Purchased a pair of ski goggles yesterday. No word from the seller that they were not returnable or exchangeable. All the signs in the store and on the receipt state that all items may be returned for an exchange but no cash refunds.

I brought these goggles back because the seal was poor and they were constantly fogging up. Erika, who sold them to me, just looked at me with no expression and said that I told you they were not returnable. She never told me that they were not returnable. All the objective evidence in the store states that they are with exchange. She tells me she’s the manager, so I have no recourse . I will never do business with them again.

One of my favorite places to shop in Beaver Creek. Stunning collections of gifts for the mountain home. The clothing varies from slope to casual wear and all very exquisite and expensive. Nevertheless, I do love to shop and browse here.
