Easily the worst service I’ve had in LA. Inattentive staff who miss parts of the order, show little concern for customers, ignore the possibly Simone may want desert and then dump a bill with mandatory service charge circled for their ‘good’ work. Food was decent but given the service I won’t be back. Manager did apologise when I paid but it seems waiting staff focus on the large groups and frankly on this occasion we’re actively very rude.

Came in to get my girlfriend a present without a clue what to get. Rachel was extremely helpful and made the whole process so easy. I cannot thank her enough! The store is beautiful as well and has a great Venice Vibe. 10/10

The staff in this store are just brilliant. They went out of their way to make my and my husband's visit great and couldn't do enough for us to make the shopping experience really enjoyable. Love this place wonderful ambiance. The jewelry is excellent quality and they have both trendy and classic pieces that you can engrave. Parking is metered in back of the building.
