Attended a Pokémon League Cup here today and had a great experience!! It was ran super efficiently and the staff was really friendly. I loved that it was a best of 3 cup as well, it’s hard to find those in Central Illinois! I’ll definitely be back in the future for more cups and challenges

Try at your own risk their policy’s are super outdated and they always treat their customers like they’re in the wrong so don’t expect any type of communication from them. Don’t get screwed over.

I love this store! The employees are helpful and very friendly, and usually know a lot about their merchandise which is super helpful for a game store. Pricing on most items is pretty good, obviously not as cheap as you can get online but good enough to be well worth it to support a local business. The store holds a variety of free events, and even allows people to walk in and host their own stuff when there is open space, acting not only as a shop, but also as a vibrant community center. I went to one event so far and it was a lot of fun, so I hope to return again many times in the future!

Top-notch customer service! I ordered a product (Carnevale bases) and it arrived but was short several bases. They quickly and efficiently sent me not only the missing ones but an entire box of additional bases! They will definitely be getting all of my on-line business from here on out!

I am a warhammer fan, and this is the best store I’ve been to for getting warhammer ever. They don’t use aggressive sales techniques like games workshop employees do, and an employee even told me that if I already have a store I support to keep supporting them. The used section is so insane too I’ve never heard of a store selling used warhammer. I picked up a unit that was built and not painted for half the price from games workshop. 15% off all gamesworkshop products and a 40% off army paints (this month only) is a crazy deal that you just don’t really get in war gaming.

Echoing what others have said -- the prices are hard to beat, and the people who work here are the best! When there was a bad tile in the copy of Skull I bought, I took it back to the store and they exchanged it out, no questions asked. Definitely my pick in town for buying games.
