I went to this place for a jean jacket so I can upcycle it. I found one but it was super hard to find one because a lot of things are not organized, it is a hot mess. Once I found the items that I was purchasing I waited in lane for my turn, there was a customer putting things on hold which shouldn't be allowed it's the good will for Pete's sake. Pick now pay now. Any who!!! So the lady we gone call her old bitter Betty. She puts these held items in a bag, now not purchased item held items, ok!!! I'll wait even tho we do not know if this guy will be coming back to purchase any of these items ok I'll wait, she proceeds to call for a price for a item of the held things. Oh, I forgot to tell you said man had left the store said he would come back later for said held items. I'm still waiting not saying anything so she finally finish doing the things for the unpresent customer that may or may not come back. So she starts ringing my items and then stops to write down the price for the held items. I had said to bitter Betty, you should be finishing my transaction first because I'm actually standing here in the store. She looks at me with this goofy look on her face and say WHAT?!! She said no I'm going to multi task. I advised her that is not a good ideal. We exchanged a few other words. Not a good experience. This is not a good location and the employees are kind of rude and weird. Not going there again

Great buys. cheap. Two stores, one regular and one with the long bins on wheels, sold by the pound. Do not leave valuables in your car. The manager Charles runs a great store. Valentino is always so friendly.

I frequently shop at this location because of proximity to my home. I have purchased many good and useful items. I have no complaints. A+ in my book!

This is the best Goodwill I have ever been to, around Sacramento, Elk Grove, Yuba City, Lodi. I'm a fan of looking for 2nd hands but by far, this one in West Sacramento has the biggest, cleanest and cheapest stocks amongst all.

It was my first time to visit today and I've seen a lot of shoppers went by.

Went here with my 3 year old grandson and my daughter in law. She found a couple of kids books. What I want to share is this was the filthiest Goodwill I’ve ever been to. We will not go back. Wall to wall tables of junk. No organization at all! Just an awful experience.

Love 🥳 shopping here for clothing. Like bringing friends here too. If there are 50 tops in my size, Long Sleeve tops for example, EACH ONE is different. Talk about retail therapy!

Plus, other ladies there are always easy to ask for a second opinion. I do like the few interesting, quality furniture items & cookware. Always different and at a good prices 😉. Recommended. The line can move a little slow, so pack your patience & remember, your getting a "Good Deal"☑️😃

Some of the staff is rude Prices are insane, since they get all the stuff for free. Most I can find at Walmart or target cheaper. The short Hispanic lady working on pound side is rude and will hit you with the rotation bins on purpose. She does it daily. She needs to go 😡

I have been going here for years. Recently, I have been donating items. Yesterday, I brought a very nice table. I had to unscrew the legs to fit it in my vehicle. They refused to take it because I forgot the screws. Ok. I understand that. Today I came back with the screws. I have an injured back and requested help to get it out of my vehicle. The guy wouldn’t help. I took it out myself. After taking it out, the guy tells me that I have to put it back together myself or they won’t take it. He claims they don’t have any tools. A store that takes furniture doesn’t own a screwdriver? (It’s only a handful of screws). I couldn’t do it. I tried to politely ask why he didn’t mention that yesterday when he told me that I had to go home to get the screws. He just swore at me.
