I went in the store near closing time and got some stuff but could not try it on since the dressing room was closed. Unfortunately some of it didn't fit so I took it back. The staff was super helpful because the receipt says no cash back but because Im from out of state they gave me cash back.

Profiled? I have a habit of wandering thrift stores and finding hidden treasures. This morning, while traveling, I wandered into this store after stopping into Starbucks.

There was a big sign on the sidewalk, "Open Now" it said.

After looking around for a few moments, suddenly a voice bellows from across the warehouse - sitting that the store "is Closed!"

"Ok," I replied, "but the sign says 'now open.'"

His body language was large and intimidating as he came at me with two others in his wake. Continuing to reiterate, "we're Closed!"

When I turned to his location, for my safety, he barked louder.

Once I was outside, and he backed off, I told him that I don't like his attitude.

Why are my experiences at Goodwill stores negative? This wasn't just negative, but I genuinely felt unsafe.

One of the most overpriced goodwills I’ve ever been to with low quality items. I used to live here and came back to visit and stopped by and was shocked at the prices of chairs being $20 per chair? For like basic quality chairs I’d find at my local goodwill for $6.99 each. I asked for a discount for a kids book that didn’t even work and is supposed to “talk” with stickers in wrong places and almost all the stickers used up but they said “no, selling as is.” My local goodwill has better quality items and lower prices and accepts discounts when it’s fair to do so. This particular Goodwill should be called “GREEDWILL”

Way over priced. Jacket for $80, almost every purse is $20+, silverware set for $70, 1990's hutch for $300. I won't be shopping or donating to this Goodwill anymore.

I have seen more organized Goodwill's, but this place has a good arrangement of everything. I bought a brand new, King size feather-down blanket for $49.99 -- originally $139.99. I always find cute shirts and leggings, and I have some great art piece sets from there as well. Pricing can be hit or miss. They are unwilling to haggle down the price, which is frustrating when they are charging more than what the item originally cost. I bought a pair of shoes from here that fell apart as I left the store with them on (they were really nice Dansko's). I brought them back and they gave me a $5.00 credit instead of a refund. I shop here often enough, so it was finne, however, the credit expired 1 month later, and I didn't get a chance to use it. I really think this policy should be changed. Overall, this place is conveniently located, big, they have great customer service, and they need to tweak some of their policies.

3 small racks dedicated to men's clothing all so picked through that you couldn't find any normal human size anything. 30 women's racks with so much variety I was astonished. The most sexist goodwill ever.
