So excited to have this store in the area!! It has an awesome collection, great community space, and super friendly owners. We found games for everyone in the family. My teenage brother, who is usually a little reserved, also loved the space and wants to come join the community games in the evening.

We found this place online when we had a couple hours to kill on vacation. Everyone was warm and friendly. There's a good collection of games to play in-house, and plenty of space to spread out, as well as groups who get together to play here. My husband and I tried three games and bought one to take home. If we lived nearby, I'd definitely be back regularly. I wish we had a spot this awesome near our home!

Gold Country Games is my go to game store! David has a great, welcoming environment and all the greatest TCG, board games, tabletop games, and dice, books and accessories for it all. The weekly and monthly events are tons of fun for all ages. The best place for games in the Motherlode and beyond!

As a new MTG player, this place is extremely inviting. Store Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Even played a game with him!

I'm an avid D&D player and it has tons of stuff to buy for TTTPGs. There is even a D&D room that is coming soon to host campaigns.

Big things coming from this store. 100% worth the visit; even just to hang, meet people, and play.

Update: Over a month later and I have met some awesome players and new friends. 100% worth going just for the atmosphere.

A new game shop that has opened up in our community and it is one of the best that I’ve seen. The owner and patrons are extremely nice and welcoming. The prices are awesome, they even have a loyalty rewards program. They ask for feedback from the community to improve the store in any way. They host regular events for people to come and enjoy. They helped bring a community together to enjoy the wonders of many games such as Magic the Gather, Pokémon, Warhammer 40,000, and much much more!!!

Store just opened, but the owners seem nice and the layout is impressive. Might be out of the way for some people but the selection was very good. While buying a rather pricey card I was even handed a jewelry loop to double check it (something I usually bring along for higher cost card purchases). Prices were honest and fair, and I hope to visit fairly regularly as time permits.
