The nicest people you would ever want to meet. Super selection of train merchandise and more. Great prices. Great customer service. Always look forward to my visits with them. Totally recommend and always a pleasure doing business with them!

Crook of a salesman. Beware, wont give you the time of day even if you drive out from states over. Has no respect for anyone, just a selfish little man. Tried to buy a vehicle from him and he straight up lied about its condition. Pointed out his lies and he walks away like a coward. AVOID any business with Hans.

Walked in and the they were dismissive. I was looking for model landscape items and the lady at the front just said “no we don’t do that here” but I saw them as I walked further in. The shop was chaotic, dusty, and looked overall uncared for. Looks like they care more about Trump merch than their trains or customers. Then people wonder why nobody supports small businesses.

Done business in the past with GCS .

Too bad though now, so busy presumably with sales* , Hans (or designate) unable to respond to both email/live verbal contact with answer to stock availability, price point (if available), & shpg costs for specific item of interest. 🙁

ps. noticed this past week, still have the manufacturers' original bulk shpg (multi-use) boxes in use here, from previous transaction with Hans' shop, shortly after a BTS' . 😎

pps. Ever make it down south' again, will potentially have GCS on the visit/shopping list .... shop not located here back when I visited the T'Loop and other regional railway-themed sites, after the BTS' ! 🙂

Looked like a nice store if you are interested in LARGE scale train modeling. Would have been nice if the available scales were posted in the advertisements.

Gave the owner a Chay to repair and paid him extra because we didn’t know what it would cost. Went to pick it up and Hans would not write a receipt or give me a invoice. He said he would get it to me later but ended up texting me nasty words over the phone to leave him alone. Not a person you want to do business with.

Hans and Rachel are always pleasant to talk to. Hubby left with a train car (of course). Worth the drive from Lancaster' to get parts and supplies for our G scale train layout
