Let me start out by saying 5 stars. If I could give 10, I would.

I ended up at this dealership after a horrible experience while inquiring about a Suburban at another dealership. I won’t mention the first dealership, but while I was sitting in the manager’s office and getting bad vibes, i literally googled “2019 Cadillac Escalade” on my phone while they were wasting my time. Got out of there and QUICKLY called to inquire about the Escalade.

A gentleman by the name of Maurice answered the phone. He and I talked about the Escalade that I saw online, however he let me know that he THOUGHT that saw an even better truck for around the same price. He placed me on a brief hold and came back with information on 6 other big SUVs. Not only did he have info on the trucks, he also sent pictures. Again, this is a first time, BLIND CALL. Not only that, but this was Maurice’s first day, ON A FRIDAY.

I wasn’t able to get to the dealership, as I was at work, however, we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. The appointment was set up with no hostility or anger that I couldn’t make it to the dealership THAT day. When I arrived on Saturday morning, Maurice had a customer, so his coworker, Fabio, assisted me with the inventory. I only had a few minutes to spare, but I was set on getting vehicle. This dealership is so official that they held the vehicle for me until Monday.

When I arrived after work on Monday, a gentleman by the name Frederick got me out the door, let’s just say, at a price even better than what the initial cash price was. While waiting on all of the paperwork and keys, they employees made me feel like I was at home. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. This will not be the last time I’ll spend my money with them.

⭐️ 1-Star Review

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Global Auto Outlet. I found a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range listed for $17,765 with 65,459miles, and called on Friday, 06/20/2025 to confirm it was available. I spoke with a salesman named Jamal, who assured me the car was still there. I told him I would come first thing the next morning. I also asked if the vehicle qualified for a federal EV tax credit, and he promised to get back to me—but never did.

That morning, I had my cousin drive 45 minutes just to pick me up so we could go together. We then drove 2 hours and 20 minutes to the dealership, expecting to see the car. After all that, Jamal casually told me the Tesla was sold the day before—no call, no text, no courtesy notice whatsoever.

This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic—advertise an appealing car, then get people on the lot to try and upsell them something else. Not only was my entire day wasted, but my cousin’s as well. It’s disappointing, unprofessional, and shows a clear lack of respect for customers’ time and trust.

I would strongly advise others to stay away from Global Auto Outlet if you’re looking for honesty, transparency, or basic courtesy.
