Amazing customer service. Had the flu and had to take care of packages. One phone call and saleslady Chany took care of everything including delivery. Sent me pics of items I needed to purchase so I can choose. All with tons of patience and professionalism!!! Thank you Glitz for making package sending/shopping a breeze!!

DISAPPOINTING. To think when being a reoccurring customer they'd learn to have some respect. Yet no. On my first experience with them the order was never delivered but I forgave them, mistakes happen. But when returning with another order they service me with RUDE sales reps?! that's something that doesn't happen by mistake. I spent my money by them and I'd at least expect some respectful service but I guess that's too much to ask. I'm extremely displeased and will surely turn to more respectful competitors.
