We purchased a Sugar Kayne dress and it was gorgeous! My daughter won the pageant in the gorgeous gown we purchased from Glitz and Gowns. They had so many dresses to choose from. The store was so clean and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Even when my daughter wanted to try on probably every dress in the store they never once made us feel as if we took too long. The jewelry, shoes and accessories were amazing. The customer service made it so easy to shop and turned a semi stressful experience picking out the perfect dress into a fun experience. The way the staff was building up the girls with kindness was so nice. I recommend going here for your pageant and prom needs. Love this store.

We had an amazing experience at Glitz and Gowns! We had an appointment at 1:00 Sunday and they were lined up eagerly awaiting our arrival. Kelsey was so sweet and pulled dress after dress for my indecisive daughter for her prom. She left happy and we stayed within our budget. We will be back whenever she needs any formal dress.

This was our first time here. The experience was great our wonderful sales girl was so patient with my picky teenager. She helped us find the perfect unique dress that my daughter loved for her 8th grade dance.

Although, initially it was tough to justify paying $700 for a single event dress for my daughter to wear to her senior prom this year, there are a few reasons that made it worth it..Reason 1 The chiffon dress was beautiful on the rack & even more so once my daughter tried it on & she fell in love with it immediately. Which makes it hard to say no to buying a $700 dress. Reason # 2, The seamstress that did the needed alterations, told me that the dress was a unique style for a prom dress, very well made & was made of a good quality fabric. So reselling would probably not be a problem, if we chose to do that. She also said that too often people incorrectly assume that the higher the cost for an elegant dress, the better the fabric & the manufacturing process, but that's not always the case. Reason #3, the young sales associate at Glitz & Gowns was very patient, so helpful, attentive & more than willing to pull as many dresses from the racks as my daughter wanted to try on. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a choice, even as my daughter tried on probably 8 to 10 prom dresses before she found " the perfect one". The young lady would offer suggestions on the fit & color options & give my daughter honest but gentle feedback with every dress that my daughter tried on. The dress, the event, the shopping experience, the atmosphere & the young sales associate at Glitz & Gowns in Pelham are what ultimately made me justify the $700 price tag for a single event dress...and of course my daughter, herself. Although, I wasn't expecting to pay that much initially, I don't regret a single cent that I paid. Thank you Glitz & Gowns!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, picking out a wonderful dress for my daughter to be in a pageant. The team members were all so pleasant and so very helpful and she had such a great time picking out and trying on the beautiful gowns that they had in the store. We were able to find the one she loved and she couldn’t have been happier! She didn’t win the pageant, but got so many compliments on how beautiful the dress was. Thank you to all the awesome team members that helped make her day!
