I've received multiple bouquets from this business and they are always BEAUTIFUL!
From the flowers, color combos to the vases themselves.
Just perfect, chefs kiss.😚🤌

The last bouquet I got for them lasted such a long time as well. I had it for a little over 2 weeks. I just had to make sure to refill the water in the vase.

I received a bouquet of flowers that died in two days. I have received flowers in the past and am aware of how to care for them. When I informed the shop about what happened, they interrogated me for several minutes making various comments blaming me that the flowers died. I was told to bring them in so she could see what happened. My daughter brought them by and the person who spoke to her was rude and did the same interrogation and blaming. She left after a half an hour of no help or apology. The flowers were sent to me from my work. Horrible customer service. Will never use them again and will certainly not recommend.

We had Glidden Florist prepare the florals for our wedding celebration a little over a month ago. The overall experience was pleasant from the first inquiry/planning meeting all the way to the timely delivery of the flowers to the venue. They were very accommodating, helping us narrow down what we wanted and encouraging us to share photos of flowers/colors we liked so we could provide them with ideas of what we envisioned for the florals in our wedding. And the product(s) did not disappoint! The bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and the sweetheart table centerpiece were all beautiful! Thank you so much for the awesome floral arrangements, the different flowers and colors came together wonderfully!

Purchased the Countryside Bouquet for a colleague's retirement...it was beautiful, the receiver was so happy and as was I 🙂
Also arranged to have an extra parcel included with the delivery...unfortunately there was a mix up with UPS so it wasn't included with the delivery, but still delivered to Glidden, who made sure the package was still given to the intended party.

I’ve received a few arrangements from Glidden and I have never been disappointed. The flowers are always beautifully and have lasted up to two weeks! The pictures a shared are taken a week after I received the arrangements.

Horrible horrible services. 0 stars. The manager or owner guy was very rude and unprofessional. Absolutely the worse customer service. Most businesses in Dekalb are very pleasant, this 1 is the complete opposite.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day on February 7th to be delivered on the 14th. They were never delivered. I went to the shop on February 15th and they refunded my money, said they had been shorthanded on Valentine's Day and that the flowers were probably in the back and I could still take them with me if I wanted. I declined since that wasn't the point. The point was they were for Valentine's, not the day after.
