We worked with Vittoria to design my engagement ring using a family heirloom diamond. She was incredibly communicative, very responsive and worked with us closely to create a beautiful design. She took elements of rings I liked and shared with us a design she drew by hand. She then worked quickly to get us a 3D model to try on before finalizing the design. Through every step of the process she was attentive to feedback to ensure the ring was exactly what I wanted. It turned out beautifully! We couldn't have asked for a better designer or smoother process.

Gleim the Jeweler is such an amazing store that I would give them 6+ Stars if I could! I have been a customer for 40+ years and cannot imagine having a better experience anywhere.The staff is great, the jewels are fabulous and their customer service is outstanding! Both locations are wonderful. Their more recent location is in Los Altos on Main Street and it lives up to the great reputation that Gleim has continued over the years. Do yourself a favor and drop by one of their 2 locations and you will see what I mean!

Gleims has been my jeweler for over 25 years. Unlike some other Bay Area jewelers Gleims treats everyone like a VIP. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and value. They are the only jeweler I would consider trusting with my heirloom pieces.

Gleim the Jeweler in Palo Alto is always my first stop when visiting the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto. Their unmatched array of the most exquisite estate jewelry is breathtaking. The ability to touch, try on, and learn about each piece makes the purchase far more meaningful vs buying online. Their customer service ranks highly, and their sales team guided by Mr. Bhuvan Sahney is among the best I have encountered. Most evident is that they appreciated their clients and work to make every transaction a special one.
