I called the store (I live in Boston) to request an Ocean glassybaby (middle) similar to one a friend recently bought at the store. One with “layers” of translucent and opaque. They have wonderful customer service, were very patient, and I am Thrilled with the Ocean I received in the mail. Can’t wait to visit your store in person some day. ?

I’ve been in several times, always for gifts, never for myself. Le sigh. (But I do have a few!)
A Glassybaby is always the perfect gift for both the person who “needs” absolutely nothing, and for the person who deserves a little extra love for life’s big (or little) milestones. They’re always so beautiful online, but seeing them in person is even more amazing, and to touch and pick the perfect one is even better.
The women today were so helpful and patient, I went in to get a gift certificate, but they helped me change my mind and select the perfect one for my sister’s birthday. (And she loved the one I selected!) Thanks!

I received one as a gift. The color was not my color. I went to the store today and was told exchange was only available within two weeks. I did not request a return, just an exchange. They saw the condition, the gift box and everything, still refused to exchange, assuming I had known their so called exchange "rule".

So, keep this in mind. Dont buy unless you are so sure there is no return neither exchange.

I suggested them to give me one I like so that I will actually use it and other people will see and may buy from them. They said if I dont like it, I could give to someone else. Hope you like that "practical" comments better than I did.

I will not enter that door again.

If you are looking for a gift for pretty much any occasion, this is the place to go. They only have one item; the Glassy Baby votive tea light candle holder. But they have a wide variety of colors and hues. You are sure to find one that speaks to your gift recipient. Note; Glassybaby donates a portion of their proceeds to charity for cancer research so that makes the gift extra special.
