It's a good place to buy a side-by-side, but they don't have a good selection of broadheads or accessories for the bowhunter, you should go to sportsman in Tucson, plus there's no customer service, waiting to pay, no one around ,go to Tucson. Don't spend money here

I find it funny when people talk about (shopping local). They say it helps the local economy which I can agree with, but at what price? I’m okay with paying a little extra but when you do that you should be able to expect a better quality of service as well. We purchased a bow bundle for my nephew as his Christmas present. The sales rep was very eager to sell and said to bring it in after Christmas and he would help us set it all up. So we did but when we went back he wasn’t very eager to help us out after he already sold us the product. I understand your busy but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. He made us feel like we were a burden when asking him for help. I hope he sees this and thinks about how he should treat customers in the future. Needless to say we won’t be shopping there any more.

I had my wife call and ask about a unit specific map. The guy said they should have them but wouldn't go check and told her she'd have to drive down herself to see if it was there. My wife makes the drive and sure enough they don't have them. It would have taken him less than 30 seconds to check and would have saved my wife an hour of her time. Terrible customer service. This last spring I tried ordering something from them since they are a Mathews dealer, I filled out a paper left my contact info and sure enough never got a call saying my item had arrived. I want to be able to shop local but with the service I've had I won't be back anytime soon.

It just seems that every time I go in there, and mind you when I am in there there are little to no customers, the service gets worse and worse, the older gentleman behind the main counter usually sits at the computer oblivious to the fact someone is there unless you walk directly past the counter he sits at. He is not very enthusiastic about helping too much especially with archery products. And never has anything truly helpful to say. However I have been in there prior to this and have never had to wait or go find someone to help me more than 3-5 minutes. There is a few individuals however prior to this last visit, that were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, one, a Polaris sales man, Fred, is always helpful and a younger gentleman that is likewise very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I have and as well as the younger ladies I've had great experiences with. Im still a patron, however because over all, it has always been great experiences. For rifles and ammunition and optics I continue to go there.

I am a novice when it comes to archery, I went in this store not knowing what to expect, I was greeted by a friendly employee, told them i was interested in starting to get into Archery and they showed me all the ins and outs of everything i needed to know they didn't try and sell me stuff i didn't need and even had an indoor range to try out some Bows! I would recommend this business to anyone, novice or expert. Thanks guys!
