I love this family-run business! They delivered a beautiful bouquet at short notice during the holidays. Flowers were beautiful and fresh. Customer service was excellent and personal, including a text photo of the recipient holding the flowers at time of delivery. I will be using them whenever I need flowers in the San Marcos/Escondido area.

I have been ordering bouquets from Amazon and sending family members small, half died flowers through the mail. I have started to try to find local florist near family members. He answered the phone himself and was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Gloria, the creative genius behind the stunning floral arrangements, designs the most breathtaking arrangements. Her attention to detail and artistic flair make every arrangement a work of art. Even without visiting the shop, I could tell that this is a top-notch florist. Whether you need flowers for a special occasion or just to brighten up your day, Gem Flowers is the place to go. I walked into the shop and they created a beautiful arrangement in just 30 minutes. I told them my budget so I was expecting the flowers to cost exactly that, but this large arrangement actually came in $30 under my budget! My mom loved the flowers and they really brightened up her hospital room. If you need flowers this is a great place to go, I would definitely recommend.

Yesterday I looked in my calendar and realized it was my daughters 40th birthday. I live in Tennessee and she in California. I panicked and started calling flower shops. Two, no answer, one said, to late! Gem Flowers answered. He said he understood, and would take care of me. He not only got the flowers delivered that afternoon, but waited at the house until someone arrived, as it was windy and he didn't want the arrangement damaged just leaving it on the porch. My very happy, and excited daughter, called me later and told me it was the, "biggest, fullest, most beautiful arrangement", she had ever seen. Much thanks to you guys for helping me out.

I had a tight budget but wanted a "thank you" bouquet for a great former employer. Besides working within my budget, Gloria made great suggestions and Lonnie gave me an EXCELLENT price on delivery, I couldn't believe it! The bouquet was perfect because my former employers have this amazing pup and, get this, Gloria was able to find a flower color THAT NEARLY MATCHED THE DOG (the dog is a beautiful boxer mix, tan and white with a pink tint). And at my price point. Everything was so perfect. I may not have much of a budget for flowers but this will be my go to for that from now on.

As someone else mentioned in another review, yes, the hype is VERY real.

Flowers for my friends birthday yesterday were absolutely beautiful. She was very happy & loved them. Lonnie is so friendly & so nice to work within your budget. He even takes pictures of Flowers on delivery. Highly recommend & so reasonable.
