Friendly atmosphere and amazing staff. The woman who served my son (aged 6) was extremely friendly, and very helpful. I didn't know what I was looking for and she didn't hesitate to help him with finding the right pokemon cards. Made our first trip very pleasant and we can't wait to come back 🙂

Events are fun. Staff are freindly. However the dnd on sunday is very packed and you spend a long time for the group to begin additionally timings and if its on are random and if your not on social media (which i am not) it is hard to see if it is going ahead hence why i stopped going. I still pop in to buy every so often. The shop has nice food and drink though!

Went for an event, room is nice and big, very open with many games on sale. Had a coffee and some food and was good. Staff are nice and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you.

I've been going here for a while now. I started a new hobby that I wanted to explore more and GR Sunderland came up as one of the top places to go, and it's easy to see why!
In my time here I've made new friends, both customers and staff alike, participated in events, and discovered entirely new ways to play my favourite games.
The store itself feels more like a community than just a shop. Everyone is encouraging and inclusive, and will happily help you along if you want to get involved.

Overall, I can't recommend this place enough.
I've since been to many similar stores and they simply don't compare. This place is and always will be my go-to.

Very welcoming and nice atmosphere for everyone. All the staff are very accommodating and super friendly and the store is always clean. Nice place for parents to bring kids too. The food is always great. I would totally suggest the London fog! One of my favourite places to go 🙂

Staff and everyone were friendly. They host so many events everyday and they always make me feel welcome.

The shop’s clean and tidy, and it smells of delicious food at dinner time.

Did a one shot here for dnd after a few years of not playing face to face during covid. The DM was great, and we had fun. The place itself is very good, lots of tables and events ran nightly, which are on their website, they're very helpful and cheery and had clearly very good relationships with their regular customers. Coffees and the milkshakes were very good. They also do food, which was well priced.
