Brought my PC in after dropping it on the stairs and having issues turning it back on. GCM instantly took in my PC for repair and they were able to tell me the issues almost immediately. Nate was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and even went the extra mile to rearrange the assembly of my pre build. Great experience, will absolutely come back for anything else related. We happily recommend GCM! We have avoided having to call such a service for many years but were in a situation where we had depleted our expertise. Saying that we were initially a bit surprised by the per hour rate but after calling around, soon found out it was right there with competitors. With that said, we would gladly come back if any future issues arise. From Teri taking our call to just a day or two later the service technician going above and beyond, pinpointing our fairly challenging issue that we believe was due to his knowledge, expirence and willingness to stay with us until the issue was resolved!
