My first experience with Scott the owner was fantastic. I live out of state which can often be a little stressful purchasing a high end guitar. However, he was really cool and easy to talk too. You can immediately tell he takes pride in his business and is also an accomplished musician himself. So it was no surprise to me when he shipped it the same day and it arrived quickly and in the exact condition described.

The owner, Scotty, was super helpful, quick with communication, and made purchasing a guitar blind a lot less painless. There’s always anxiety if you can’t hold a guitar before purchasing, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Although the shipping was quick, I waited impatiently for this to travel from Texas to Detroit, MI. I’ve been putting the ES-335 through its paces since then through my Princeton reverb. Such an amazing and comfortable guitar. And look at this finish 🥵 Probably the hottest Gibson I’ve ever seen. Thanks again for a solid experience! 🙏🏻🕊️🔮

These guys are the gold standard in customer service! I bought a guitar online, had it shipped across the county, and unfortunately, had to do a return it "thru no fault of G-Brat's". It just wasn't the right guitar for the project I'm working on. But Scotty was so great to work with thru the return process. He went above & beyond to help and reassure me every step of the way.
