This place is awesome! I recommend coming here 10/10 because there’s so many unique games and it’s so fun. There’s also a claw machine section where you can win plushies.

Love this location! There are an amazing selection of claw machines with super cute plushies. Good vibes and many people here. There is also an arcade with many people playing the games as well. Can’t wait to come back here on our next trip to NYC!

Super cute arcade store, there are a lot of different plushes and the cutest things ! Each machine runs of credits so around 6.7 credits to 12/13 credits for each machine. This is fun to bring in the kids and the place is very big !

Gatcha is an clawcade located in the heart of the Tangram Mall, with many locations across the East Coast as well.

Gatcha is a skill based claw, where the claws are set to a decent strength and rely on your knowledge of where to grab each prize to win, otherwise the claw will open up right away at the top and drop the prize. We only put in $20, but we were able to win multiple prizes due to being familiar with the system. They also have a trade-in system, where you can trade-up your prizes to get bigger and better prizes.

The selection is vast, with many unique prizes not seen at other locations, as well as popular and trendy prizes such as Labubu or even handbags within the machine.

Lines can be long and the place is typically buzzing with people due to it's location, but it is a fun place to go for a casual date or with your family.

Total scam. I’m extremely disappointed with how this place handles prize exchanges. After playing and collecting a stack of paper tickets from the machines, we went to the counter to claim prizes—only to be told 10 paper tickets = 1 actual ticket. That’s a 90% tax on your winnings. We had already picked out our prizes, but of course had to walk away with nothing.

It gets worse—they round your tickets down after the conversion. So even if you hit the jackpot of 425 tickets, you only get 42, not even 43. It’s misleading and shady. I’m also posting a photo of one of the machines, so people know exactly what they’re getting into. Don’t waste your money here.

This is my favorite spot to go for claw machines, the machines offer many types of plushies and is a fun environment with many people. They also offer arcade machines and merchandise you can buy. Really fun place to go to alone or with your friends!
