Excellent working with Garage Champs! We've been ordering our company tee shirts there for years and recently expanded to vests, trucker hats, polos and zip up hoodies. Rico and his team were so patient with us and helped to get exactly what we needed. Once production started, I was shocked at how quickly our order was completed. Everything from the ink color and placement to the materials came out perfectly. Highly recommend going to them for screen printing and embroidery. Top notch service from beginning to end. Derek the owner and his staff guides you into making the best choices for your company. I bought hats, tees and polos for my small business and the quality of the product was exceptional. They can create or mimic the perfect logo for you. Garage Champs did an amazing job on embroidering the side of my dad's cap officially retiring it after he passed this past August. They are great at what they do and it came out better than I could imagine.

Called yesterday morning to ask for a quote for 300 shirts for a corporate event. Spoke to someone who took my info, was polite & extremely helpful and said I would have it by the end of the day.

Never got it & Angelica emailed me that evening asking for all the same info I had given person 1. Resent that info.

This morning I get another email from Rico asking for all of the same info again that I had given person 1 & Angelica. I called and was assured that I would have a quote and mock-up by the end of the day today.

I got a quote for 40 shirts (not 300)…. In the wrong color. I called and he apologized and said he would send over an update asap. Updated invoice never came. 😕

This was a guaranteed $2,700+ sale for this business and I based my decision off of the other reviews because everyone had great things to say. I don’t know if this is normal but I hope this is not how they normally do business.
