Nice and well maintained store, one of the last left in SF. The mens section is very small with a limited selection. I was very surprised at the lack of friendliness even though it was slow. I walked past three employees and no one looked at me or said hello... I believe one was a leader.

It was very empty today when I visited. I I thought there would be more people being that this is the first day after everything was shut down that we could shop in some stores. It was great to be able to look at things in real life. The staff is great and the clothes selecton is maybe not so great. Turn my son whose 13 but they didn't have very many clothes that fit him preseason between sizes of adult small and children extra large. But they said if I needed anything special I can order it from their catalog in the store.

I went to return an item and the lady was super helpful with that even if I didn’t have a label on the item. Then, I got a gift card for that and I bough something in the baby department. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Lady at counter was not very courteous. I was try to pick up a shirt for the wife who sent me a picture from the website. She said it was price tagged wrong and adjusted it. Didn't realize she adjusted the price higher a $26 shirt became a $40 shirt. I let it slide since it was late at night and I had to get the shirt for the next day

Nice retail space in lively district. Be wary of promotion signage. Despite signs that say "entire store...", there are exceptions that they don't tell you until you are at the cash register
