Rude, unprofessional and thieves, that is my definition of this store. We purchased play station VR2 and after opening we found a Panda Express fortune inside, went back to return and exchange but they called me a liar basically stating their policy is can’t return after package is open but their policy doesn’t say , surprise surprise we have a Panda Express fortune in it. Shame on you all shameless people.

They sold me a damaged disc while i asked if the disk was tested and they said it was once i booted up the disk the game wouldn't play. Just angry that they looked at my eyes as i asked them and they straight up lied

HANDLE TRADE INS AFTER PURCHASES.

They kept me in line for 40 min as well as a ton of other customers they could have quickly rung up to handle a trade in. No urgency or logical process to customer service. Came in to buy 1 game and go. Pathetic. Imagine the sales lost to the company from people who walked out.
